We offer refund on these conditions: Customer has to contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and obtain an RMA number. NO REFUND will be accepted if customer does not request an RMA number within 7 days. Product has to be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving them. All parts must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. Customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For "FREE Shipping" or "Shipping Included" orders, we will charge a flat rate of $25 as original shipping cost for sinks, combos, faucets or accessories. We will charge carrier invoice amount for any vanity. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Item or items must be in original packaging and condition. Please note, that some promotional items may not be refundable. We will clearly state if a product is non-refundable in the description. .
